Once the delivery takes place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until payment is received in full in our account trough SAGEPAY or PAYPAL.

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please let us to know in writing within 3 days of consignment. We will send you a replacement, or process a full refund. If we decide the goods are returned to us, we will arrange collection with our parcel carrier company. If we don't require the goods to be returned we will ask you to dispose to goods.

Cancellation or Unwanted Goods

If you wish to cancel your order before the product is send out from our warehouse, you need to contact us within three hours of placing it. Otherwise the item may be sent and you will need to return the item at your own cost as per our return policy.

The goods already delivered to you cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded. We may, at our discretion, allow you to returns the goods purchased in error or unwanted items at your own cost, re-stoking fee may apply in some cases. We do not take responsibility for returns made without our approval.

Goods returned must be in their original unopened, with no price marks or labels attached. Goods deemed unsuitable for resale will not be refunded; this includes damaged or faulty items.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us, if we determine that we are unable to deliver to your location.

Occasionally we have insufficient stock to provide the goods you have ordered, due to administrative errors.

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund in full any payment received from you as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from cancellation.


We reserve the right to inspect all faulty or damaged goods prior to agreeing to any full or partial refund. The goods that are returned as agreed, we will process a refund immediately as soon as we received the goods. You are advised to retain proof of postage (from the post office) or a receipt (from the courier).

We will not charge any cancellation fee for a cancellation made within the cancellation period. A shipping cost may be levied for cancellations which we accepted outside of the cancellation period.

Please include in your parcel, a copy of the invoice slip if you've been provided one. If you do not have your invoice, please complete your details clearly on a piece of paper as indicated by us during our communications.
