1.Company Information

Xanber Young Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company no. 03469752, VAT No. GB 710 698 629. Our registered office is Unit 4-5, Building 53B, Third Avenue, Pensnett Trading Estate, Kingswinford, DY6 7XQ, UK.


2.Contract of Sale

2.1. These terms and conditions regulate the Agreement between "you" the customer and Xanber Young Ltd, the website. When you place an order to purchase a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we accept your order, with the details of your order.

2.2. The ownership remains with Xanber Young Ltd until the complete payment of the order has been made.

3. Availability and Prices

3.1. All items shown on our website are in stock and despatched from our warehouse. However administrative error may sometimes occur, especially with items low in stock, or the product is of unsuitable quality. Therefore all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email if the goods you have ordered are not available.

3.2. Prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and VAT included. Offers and Prices may change or may be withdrawn at any time. Delivery charges are not included in the price, delivery service charges are added to your order at checkout.

3.3. Normally the prices displayed is for one piece, unless otherwise stated and described as a SET and contains multiple pieces.

4. Cancellation & Returns

4.1. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact us within three hours of placing the order. Otherwise the order may be sent and you will need to return the item at your own cost as per our return policy.

4.2. You have inform us of your wish to return in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You have to post the goods back to us at your own expense. Most of the products purchased through this website can be returned. Other non-returnable items are fragrances, pest control, nail care products, body creams, confectionery where the seal has been broken or wall clocks that have been unwrapped, and for example, items with hygiene implications, would be excluded too. Please note: The cancellation period will expire 14 days after you have received all the goods in your order.

4.3. The goods returned should be in resalable condition for the refund to be valid. You can remove any packaging needed to ascertain that the item is what you ordered, but the item cannot be used or damaged. Commercial packaging, seals and labels cannot be removed. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. For example wedding photos frames, which have been bought for an event, and are returned afterwards in substandard or used condition will be denied. Damage, signs of use, smells and lack of commercial packaging or labels may invalidate a return. If you return a different item from the one sent to you, it will not be accepted.

4.4. If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item in transit on receipt. You have to report it, via email or verbally by phone within 3 days. You must keep the original packaging that the goods come in and all the contents, including fillings, wrappings, labels and tags. Failure to comply may invalidate your claim. Photographic evidence will most likely be asked from you in order to proceed. We may ask you to return the product, a prepaid label will be supplied to you. If the goods can be repaired that will be done, or if you want to keep the item, a partial refund can be offered. If not, a replacement or a full refund will be arranged after receipt of the items. We do not take responsibility for returns made without our approval. If you send the item to another address from the one provided to you, we do not bear responsibility for this either.

5. Refunds

5.1. We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery to you, as soon as possible after receipt of the goods supplied or not later than 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us. You are advised to retain proof of postage (from the post office) or a receipt (from the courier). You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. The cost of postage will not be refunded for partially returned orders.

5.2. We will not charge any cancellation fee for a cancellation made within the cancellation period. A shipping cost may be levied for cancellations which we accept outside of the cancellation period.

5.3. Please include in your parcel, a copy of the invoice slip if you've been provided one. If you do not have your invoice, please complete your details clearly on a piece of paper as indicated by us during our communications.

6. We are not responsible for delivery in the following circumstances;

6.1. When an incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.

6.2. When no one was at home to take delivery for the product. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the local Royal Mail office or carrier company to arrange re-delivery or collection of the goods that were attempted to deliver.

6.3. Failure to collect items from your local Royal Mail sorting office will result in the order being returned to us. We offer to re-send out the parcel but the shipping cost will be paid by you. If a refund is preferred, the cost of shipping and the product will be refunded only when the parcel has arrived at our warehouse.

6.4. When the customer makes their own collection arrangements, our company duty ends at the moment the goods are transferred to the customer's delivery service company.

7. Cancellation by Xanber Young

7.1. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us, if we determine that we are unable to deliver to your location.

7.2. Occasionally we may have insufficient stock to provide the goods you have ordered, due to admistrative errors.

7.3. If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and refund in full any payment received from you as soon as possible or no later than 14 days from cancellation.

8. Delivery Charges and Timing

8.1. Standard Delivery - UK orders (includingmainland, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) over £50 are eligible forfree standard delivery. UK orders below £50 are charged £3.00 if the item is aparcel and £1.20 if the item is a large letter or letter. Multiple largeletters or letters may become a parcel.

Estimated Deliverydates are 3-5 working days, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends. However, delivery may take longer depending on the time of year, weather, roadconditions and courier used. ForStandard delivery orders, the couriers used include Royal Mail's Second ClassService, Tracked Delivery services, Signature services, Parcel Force, Hermes2Day delivery, etc. The type of service used will be at our discretion.

In case there was attempteddelivery of a parcel, Royal Mail will usually hold a parcel for 18 calendardays. It's the buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery with Royal Mail orto collect the parcel from their local delivery office within this period. Ifthe parcel overextends this holding period, the parcel will be returned to usand the buyer will have to repay postage for the parcel to be sent again. Incase a refund is preferred, the price of the product and standard deliverypostage will be refunded only after the parcel has arrived at our warehouse. In casea standard delivery is late or lost, a refund or replacement will only beprocessed after 10 working days have passed as this is the date when a parcelwill be considered officially lost by Royal Mail standards. There is no compensation for late deliveries.

8.2. Express Delivery - UK Mainland only. At a cost of £1.90for large letters and letters; and £4 for parcels. Estimated delivery dates forthis postal service are 2-3 working days, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.Multiple large letters or letters may become a parcel.

This service is available for orders below 2Kilos for UK Mainland only. Delivery may take longer depending on the time ofyear, weather, road conditions and courier used. For express delivery, the typesof services used include Royal Mail First Class Delivery Services, TrackedDelivery Services, Signed For Delivery Services, Hermes Next Day delivery, etc.The type of service used will be at our discretion. This service is not available as a free delivery option for order above£50, if the option is available, it is an administrative error and the parcelwill not be sent through this option.

If there was attempteddelivery but the buyer wasn't available, it is the buyer's responsibility toarrange re-delivery or collection with the courier before the holding period,usually 18 calendar days, elapses. If an order overextends the holding period,the order will be returned to us and the buyer will have to repay postage for theparcel to be sent again. In case a refund is preferred, the price of theproduct and express delivery postage will be refunded once the parcel hasarrived at our warehouse. In case an express delivery is late or lost, a refundor replacement will only be processed after 10 working days have passed as thisis the date when a parcel will be considered officially lost by Royal Mailstandards. There is no compensation for late deliveries.

8.3. Special Delivery - UK Mainland only. At a cost of £7.95.Orders with this postal service are guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 working daysaround 1pm, excluding Bank Holidays. Tracking is available. Orders aredispatched the same or next working day after an order is placed and inaddition to this, couriers will usually take 1 working day to deliver hence thegiven delivery dates. This postal service only applies from Monday to Friday. Ordersplaced on Friday and the weekend will usually be delivered on Tuesday at theearliest. This service is available for orders below 2 Kilos for UK mainlandonly and excludes: Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, ShetlandIslands, Orkney Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Republic ofIreland. If there wasattempted delivery but the buyer wasn't available, it is the buyer's responsibilityto arrange re-delivery or collection with the courier. This service is notavailable as a free delivery option for orders above £50. If the option isavailable, it is an administrative error and the parcel will not be sentthrough this service. If a delivery is late and there was no attempted delivery within 2 working days, the buyer is entitled to compensation for the cost of the postage only.

9. International Delivery.


We offer internationaldelivery for most European countries and some World Zone 1 countries. Thedelivery prices vary depending on the country and weight of the item and canrange from £7.80 for letters, £10.86 for large letters to £21.10 for parcelsnearing 2 Kilos. The final price for your parcel will be calculated at checkoutand you can see whether the price is right for you or not. For orders above 2kilos, European prices will start at a base £35.00 + £5.00 per extra kilo.World Zone 1 prices will start at £40 + £5 per extra kilo.

Estimated deliverydates are 5-15 working days after dispatch, excluding UK Bank Holidays.Delivery dates may vary due to weather conditions, the time of year and countrythe parcel is being sent to. Some countries have faster postal services thanothers. International deliveries are usually sent tracked so if provided pleaseregularly monitor your tracking number. If there was attempted delivery, it isthe buyer's responsibility to arrange re-delivery with your local courier or tocollect the parcel from the delivery office within this period. If the parcel overextendsthis holding period, the parcel will be returned to us and the buyer will haveto re-pay postage for the item to be re-sent. If a refund is preferred, onlythe cost of the product will be refunded once the parcel is recorded as beingreturned. If a parcel is late or lost, a refund or replacement will only beprocessed after 25 working days have passed as this is the date when the parcelwill be considered officially lost by courier standards. There is no compensation for late deliveries.


10. Display on the Website

Every effort is made to display items accurately to show colours, texture and finishes of our products but a slight colour variation may occur. Depending on your computer screen settings and configuration. Measurements quoted are approximate.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free, defects will be corrected.

11. Privacy

When you place an order with us, we will collect personal information provided by you, like your name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address details. These details will enable us to process your orders or contact you in the event of any problem with your order.

We take the privacy of all our customers seriously, we will hold your personal information securely and protect your privacy. We will only keep it for as long as you use the service that you have requested. We will never pass your details on to third parties.

It is your responsibility to protect and ensure that your password is encrypted. We shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account details. We shall not be liable for any activities that occur under your account.
